I was in hospitality and customer service for over 13 years before turning my mind to science and the environment. I believe my time in hospitality gave me excellent inter-personal, team-leading and problem-solving skills.
I have many interests that include entomology, systematics, behavioural ecology, wildlife management, conservation biology and the impacts of climate change on our biodiversity.
